GENERAL USE

Salon East & Spa provides beauty, spa, and wellness services. All services, promotions, pricing, and policies listed on our website are subject to change without notice. By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to abide by all salon policies outlined here.

FEES & PAYMENTS

• All fees for services are due upon completion of services.

• We are happy to discuss pricing before your appointment; please request a total prior to receiving services.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

• Service providers may accept Venmo for gratuity.

• Returned Checks: Any returned check will incur a $25 service charge plus the face value of the check. This must be paid before additional services can be rendered.

PROMOTIONS

• Promotions cannot be combined with other specials or discounts.

• Promotions cannot be applied to package specials.

• Salon East & Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

CONSULTATION POLICY

• Consultations are complimentary.

• No‑shows for consultations will be charged a $50 fee.

• This fee must be paid before booking future services.

SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

To respect our team and guests on the waitlist, we require:

Cancellation Fees

• Less than 48‑hour notice: 50% of the scheduled service

• No‑shows: 100% of the scheduled service

• Late arrivals (15+ minutes): May be charged 100% of the scheduled service

• Multiple services or packages not canceled within 24 hours: 100% of the reserved service total

Additional Details

• A credit card is required to reserve all appointments online and may be held for certain services.

• Cancellations after the 48‑hour window must be made by phone with our front desk at 262‑673‑5633.

• No online cancellations are accepted after 48 hours.

• Each guest is allowed one emergency cancellation per year.

This policy helps us respect our team’s time and offer openings to guests on our waitlist.

RETURN POLICY (RETAIL PRODUCTS)

• Retail products may be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt.

• Returns are issued as store credit/gift card only.

• No cash refunds are provided.

SERVICES RE-DO POLICY

• No cash refunds are offered once you have left the salon.

• If you have concerns, please notify our staff at checkout so we can address them immediately.

• Leaving the salon after payment indicates acceptance and satisfaction with the service.

• No refunds will be issued due to a change of mind.

• If another business or individual alters the service after leaving our salon, we cannot refund or redo the service.

LIABILITY AND EXPECTATIONS

Results may vary based on hair history, skin condition, lifestyle, and maintenance. While our professionals strive for exceptional results, Salon East & Spa is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed conditions or external factors. Corrective services may require multiple sessions and additional fees.

PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Personal information collected through our website or booking system is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service enhancement. We do not sell or share personal data except as required for essential business operations or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
